WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Period

· All products are covered by an Official Warranty for 24 Months

· Warranty period starts from the date of purchase stated on the order invoice

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

· Manufacturing defects

· Functional failures under normal usage

The warranty does not cover:

· Physical damage (impact, cracks, liquid damage, burn marks)

· Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation

· Missing or broken accessories due to user error

Warranty Claim Process

1. Submit a Warranty Request

·Contact Customer Support via the marketplace chat or Help Center

·Provide order ID, product model, and clear photos/videos of the issue

2. Verification

The seller will review the claim within 2–3 business days after the broken product received.

3. Product Return (If Required)

·Customers may be asked to send the product to the Customer Service Center

·Shipping costs follow marketplace policy (seller-covered for valid defects)

4. Inspection & Resolution

Product will be inspected upon receipt

If approved, the product will be replaced

Replacement is subject to stock availability

5. Completion Time

· Warranty processing time: 7–14 business days after the product is received
