WARRANTY & RETURNS

Warranty Period

· All products are covered by an Official Warranty for 24 Months

· Warranty period starts from the date of purchase stated on the order invoice

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

· Manufacturing defects

· Functional failures under normal usage

The warranty does not cover:

· Physical damage (impact, cracks, liquid damage, burn marks)

· Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation

· Missing or broken accessories due to user error

Warranty Claim Process

1. Submit a Warranty Request

· Contact Customer Support via the marketplace chat or Help Center

·Provide order ID, product model, and clear photos/videos of the issue

2. Verification

· The seller will review the claim within 2–3 business days after the broken product received.

3. Product Return (If Required)

· Customers may be asked to send the product to the Customer Service Center

· Shipping costs follow marketplace policy (seller-covered for valid defects)

4. Inspection & Resolution

· Product will be inspected upon receipt

· If approved, the product will be replaced

· Replacement is subject to stock availability

5. Completion Time

· Warranty processing time: 7–14 business days after the product is received
